1. Pastel Decor
Pastels are the perfect party colours, especially in the springtime, and there is so much you can do to decorate with them like the picture below proves.
2. Colourful Confetti
An easy way to add a pop of colour to the day and to your photographs is with confetti. Leave it in cones or a pot for your guests to throw after the ceremony or reception, just make sure you have permission from the venue and that it is eco friendly, like this biodegradable confetti from InsideMyNest on Etsy below.
3. Flower Wall/Hanging Flowers
Spring is the season of flowers, and some of the most beautiful flowers at that! Choose from Wildflowers, Tulips, Daisies, Daffodils, or whatever goes with your colour scheme and hang them from the ceiling, from beams, using a railing, or make them into a flower wall for a beautiful backdrop.
4. Seed or bulb favours
Speaking of flowers, spring is the perfect time to plant lots of them so if you're looking for a favour idea, then consider giving your guests bulbs or little packets of seeds.
You can buy them from your local garden centre and make your own personalised seed packets, or get them pre-wrapped like these lovely ones from Botanical Art on Etsy.
5. Flower crown
Continuing on the flower theme, a great way to incorporate the spring look is to add them to your hair in the form of a beautiful boho flower crown. You can of course also keep it simple and just add a few flowers here and there throughout a braid.
6. Nest Centrepiece
A twist on the usual centrepiece, this is a great way to add a bit of a spring touch but in a subtle and rustic way.
7. Naked Cake
Naked cakes look gorgeous at any time of the year, but with the addition of some springtime blooms, a dust of icing sugar and pastel coloured berries they look especially good in Spring.
8. Floral Invitation Suite
I know there is a bit of a running theme throughout this post, but springtime really does produce some of the best flowers so why not have them appear in as many places as possible, including in your wedding invitation suite.
You can design your own or buy pre-made templates or whole invites. There are so many ways you can incorporate flowers into them, but I love these elegant ones below from DesignedWithAmore on Etsy.
9. Easter Chocolate Candy Bar
Most guests love a candy bar, so if your Wedding is taking place around Easter time, why not go all out with the theme and provide chocolate eggs and easter candy like these adorable ones from LadySweetCakesNC
10. Easter Egg Hunt
If your wedding is quite informal already, and you have lots of little ones attending and you think you might need something to hold their attention, then perhaps consider holding an easter egg hunt for them in the afternoon if it suits your venue.
